Stripped Soldier Reconstruction

Update!!!: Redid the whole mod, with a redone texture and a better model with fixed uvs and ragdoll physics that don't suck.

Basically the stripped soldier but better.

List of changes:
- HQ textures from the 2003 leak and the retail combine texture complied together to remake the stripped soldier texture.
- Textures are uncompressed and no longer have the ugly green tint, makes him look more natural.
- Envmap parameters have also been restored.
- Has c_arms (not that great honestly but it's fine as is).
