Custom Spartan Survivor for KindledOne. Granted Permission to make the mod public.

This mod replaces Rochelle with a custom MK V B Spartan from Halo: Reach created using the L4D2 "Build-Your-SPARTAN Kit".
Replaces the lobby select, hud, and incap vgui for Rochelle
Includes game accurate proportions and scale to Halo: REACH including proper attachment placements
Includes game accurate Spartan FP arms.

@SonicJoeyGaming basically the Build-your-odst kit but for reach spartans. a modding kit that allows people to compile their own L4D2 reach spartans using prefabs and premade .qc and .qci files.
