here's a guide:

1; Spawn the laser cube and place a portal on the lone portal surface on the other ledge.

2: Enter the orange portal while holding the cube, then line up the cube to hit the receiver through the portal.

3: Place the blue portal somewhere that won't let the laser go the the receiver, then stand on the rising platform.

4: While still on the platform, place the blue portal on the same surface as in step 1.

5: now that you are up, place a portal on the wall opposite the receiver and go through with the cube.

6: Now you're back at the start with the cube, portal to the laser cube place the normal cube on the button.

7: Repeat steps 3 and 4.

8: Place a portal on the previously mentioned wall opposite the receiver and go through.

9: Respawn the laser cube, then line it up so the laser goes through the orange portal, into the reciever that is on the higher level.

10: Walk through the orange portal, then the exit door.
