Replenishment rate bonus based on happiness

This mod is a small mod which will give a bonus or penality for the replenishment rate depending on the happiness level of the province in which the army stays. The levels will be as presented below :

--100 to -70 : -12%
--70 to -50 : -8%
--50 to 0 : -6%
-0 to 20 : -3%
-20 to 40 : -1%
-40 to 60 : 0%
-60 to 80 1%
-80 to 100 : 3%
-100 : 6%

I might end up making variants of this mod, with different values for each happiness level, one using the influence level instead, and the same mod but for other Total War games.

The mod should not present any compatibility issues aside from conflicts with other mods working on the same mechanic (if there happens to be any), and it should be pretty easy to modify to one's taste using RPFM. It should not need a new save, neither be needed for a save to load.
