Pills | COD Black Ops 2: Perks [SYS]¹⁷

This addon replaces the default pain pills with a variety of Perk-a-Colas featured in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Zombies maps. One perk will be picked at random every level, which can be changed to your favorite perk if you want.

Since the original included the Wunderfizz Teddy Bear bottle, I decided to remove it because it's not actually drinkable in the original game.

Includes HUD icon and the Select Your Skins (SYS) system. This addon uses Slot 17, which is primarily used for Pills.

To enable the SYS feature, you must get SYS (Select Your Skins) and SYS HUD
OTHERWISE THIS ADDON WON'T WORK AS INTENDED.



1. In the main menu, go to Options > Keyboard/Mouse > Edit Keys/Buttons.

2. Scroll down until you see the Select your Skins options, then set up your binds.

My personal binds:
*Switch Between SYS/RNG: k
*Reroll RNG: m
*Slot 17: l

They can be whatever keys you want.

3. While in a singleplayer campaign (or any mode that isn't Versus), use the k key to choose between RNG or SYS mode.
*In RNG mode, use the m key to reroll the skin into another random one.
*In SYS mode, use the l key to reroll the skin into another random one which will be saved for future campaigns.

4. Once you are done, the addon will save your choice until you change it again, even if you change maps or close the game.


SYS is not compatible with the majority of vocalizers, the exception being ion's Vocalizer. Although the game will tell you that they are conflicting, they don't actually do so and therefore won't cause any issues.

If this bothers you however, you can choose to use SYS + VOX (Skin Selector & Vocalizer).
Just remember to unsub from Select Your Skins (SYS) if you choose to do so, otherwise THE ADDON WON'T WORK.
