By default informants cost 200 gold and last 10 turns.

This cheat makes them free and they last forever (99999 turns)

You can self edit all the values using RPFM tool. So you can set to your preferred.

As data table editing for this are generic values to player. It will continue to work as game updates are released, even if mod shows out of date in future.

The AI does not use this game mechanic. So player only.
