When you visit good Goodneighbor follow the street in front of you and turn right into the next small alley. At the end of the alley you'll meet "Bobbi No-Nose". Talk to her and the quest will start.
No Spoiler
As the quest is easy to follow and actually needs no walkthrough, I don't want to tell to much. Only that by doing the sidequest you'll also meet Mel and Sonya.
The Showdown
At the end of this quest, you'll meet "Fahrenheit" and have to make a decision - but however you decide, you'll end up with a new legendary weapon: The Ashmaker. Nice side effect: The bullets produce orange tracers when fired.













I've equiped Cait with it and it seems that she has not only a lot of fun, she is also very dangrous with this weapon

This is prob my least favorite mission in the game. So boring and so glitchy

I do but nothing that should affect an NPC having a conversation with me.
I think what happened is she went to talk to me but I was talking to those three thugs in front of her door during the silver shroud quest and she never talked to me again.

This quest is broken for me.
Bobbi refuses to open the sliding window on the locked door leading to her in Goodneighbor so I can't speak to her about the quest. This is the second time this quest has broken for me in a separate save. Using console commands to get past the locked doors to speak with her results in no dialog from her.
Hancock and the Ashmaker are unobtainable again.
