Description
THIS REQUIRES CS:S JUST FOR EXTRA DETAIL ON THE VEST/HELMET, IT SHOULD WORK FINE WITHOUT, HOWEVER.

(this also requires mapbase animations that way they have correct animations with the shotgun)

i just combined(pun unintended) some assets from CS:S and the Fancy Metropolice Pack and turned it into an NPC.

FEATURES
-300 Health
-Both Metal and Blood impacts appear when hit
other than these its mostly just a regular Metrocop that can spawn with a shotgun alongside the default weapons.

i have no idea how that would work by the way mr. bine, the stunbaton is there to replace a normal baton that was on the vest beforehand, i'm not that advanced code-wise
