Quicktravel to Greenetech Genetics, turn to the right and then to the left. You'll see a big Nuka Cola Sign across the street you've to run to. After passing the sign just turn right and you'll see Suggs' Garage with an orange canopy.

Now you can trade with Suggs. You can buy from him some rare/unique weapons like the Saw Blade Launcher or the Nail Gun. But more important ist the terminal next to him. Investigate it and you'll start the sidequest: When Pigs Fly.

I don't want to spoil to much. All you've to do is, to get some schematics for Suggs. But by doing the quest you can also find more rare/unique/legendary weapons like the Rapid Pipe Grenade Launcher Rifle, the Piggy Bank Fat Man and the Baseball Launcher.

Now it's on you how this quest will end and what you'll get. You can return to Suggs to complete the quest and obtain the legendary Penetrating Chinese Grenade Launcher Rifle in exchange for the schematics.














Or you kill him. In this case the sidequest is failed but by looting his dead body you'll get a legendary weapon too, the Flakker. A grenade launcher rifle with a very cool painting. But it's your decision.
