KI5's Consistent Camo

Description
This mod covers all of KI5's military vehicles and removes camos from civilian vehicles. It eliminates the Merdc Summer/Winter, NATO Green, and Black skins, keeping only the Woodland Camo and USMC Green skins.
If I overlooked any camo or if there's a new vehicle that should be included, please let me know.

You don't need to download all the vehicles; the textures will automatically apply to any vehicle you have.

@Daavico7 Could you specify what is not working? An specific vehicle? Every vehicle? I ask because I just tested and it looks like it is working fine.

@Königkaiser I have no idea how to do that, sorry mate. If someone knows how to do it I will be happy to include this option in the mod.

@Branco i meant blocking non civilian textures to be only on military zones, unless that mod does it
