Yes, there are spoilers in this guide. This guide will cover the entities and it's for people who are curious or need help.

The Cursed Doll
Cursed Doll: The cursed doll is an entity that appears naturally in the first level, the classrooms and it also appears in the Darkrooms after having turned off the power. This is probably the easiest entity to avoid since it is quite slow and can get easily blocked by doors. I don't think anyone needs help with this entity.

Difficulty: (1/5)
The Cloaked Figure
The cloaked figure is an entity that appears in the first level, the classrooms. It used to spawn in the poolrooms too, but it later got removed from that level. This entity is slightly similar to Smiley, but at the same time it is very different. It is invisible until it has spotted and gotten close enough to you. Its appearance seems to be a demonic, cloaked figure (duh) and it also emits lots of red light around it. When you're not close to it, it can be identified as flickering lights that move around and strange, whispering sounds coming from it. This also means that the figure can only move when the lights are on and is unable to exist in complete darkness, which is something you can use against it.

Difficulty: (1.5/5)
Screecho the Clown
Screecho the clown: This entity appears naturally in the libraryrooms and can actually be tricky, especially if you're playing custom mode with it in the bathrooms or poolrooms. The entity can not see at all; it's head is just a huge ear. Which also means that it has extremely good hearing. If it's going right at you, then the best you can do is crouch and walk away from it's path. The hardest level for this one is the bathrooms since there are tight corridors and the fact that you splash the water when you even normally walk will trigger it. It can be juked though. Remember that this entity is a lot faster than the player.

Difficulty: (3.5/5)
The Gangler
Gangler: This entity appears naturally in the bathrooms, and it can also be tricky. It's not like screecho at all, it can see but it doesnt have very good hearing, but it still can hear. Keep in mind that this entity is still slower than the player so it can be outrunned. The best way to avoid this entity is by running away from it to a vent, by a corner or quickly hiding in a bathroom stall.

Difficulty: (2.5/5)

Smiley
Smiley: This entity appears naturally in the darkrooms. This is also a simple entity, but it's still a bit weird. This entity always hides in the dark and can't be seen or attack the player when there is light, although the entity will turn off the lights eventually. The best way to avoid this entity and to complete the darkrooms is just by quickly sprinting and trying to find the power room with your flashlight on at all times. Keep in mind that if you have your flashlight on and there is a blue tint, that means he is near you and you should get away from there quick.

Difficulty: (1/5)
The Mangler
Mangler: This entity is a variant of the "Gangler" which we already covered in this guide. It used to appear in the poolrooms, usually after the stairs are activated with the keycard. There is not much to say about this entity, other than the fact that it is red in color, a bit bigger than the gangler, and slightly faster and more aggressive. As of update 0.6.1, the mangler has been now removed from the poolrooms and can only be spawned through custom mode.

Difficulty: (3/5)
The Whispering Wyrm
The Whispering Wyrm: This entity appears naturally in the poolrooms. It is a weird snake with the head of a woman with black hair. This is probably the strangest entity in the game. When you see this entity and it sees you, make sure to stay completely still. The entity only attacks you if you move or sprint. If you have to run, then make sure to quickly go by a corner so that it loses you because this entity is a lot faster than the player. Keep in mind that touching it's body or tail will also result in death.

Difficulty: (3/5)
The "???" Entity
The "???" entity: This entity appears naturally in the poolrooms. This entity actually can't hurt the player. It kind of looks like a small humanoid mixed with a shark or some other aquatic animal. Getting too close to this entity will make it disappear and emit a loud sound. This sound can lure the other entities to your position and that's pretty much all this entity does. The drawings on the walls of poolrooms can sometimes have this entity's face on them with a text saying "Friend?" No. this entity is not your friend and doesn't help you. Atleast of what i know.

Difficulty: (0/5)
The Necropede
The necropede is a new entity in the newest level as of now, the playrooms. This entity is very unique since it can't hear, can't see but it can only smell. It's quite a simple entity, all you have to keep in mind is your smell meter which you can easily control by just staying wary of the map (the traps, stink balloons etc.) and having deodorants which are also found across the map. Also remember that this entity can walk on walls.

Difficulty: (2/5)
The Tenant
The Tenant is yet another new entity in the newest level, the playrooms. This entity will be in the level alongside the Necropede and it spawns usually after finding and changing the fuses in the fuse boxes for the first time. This entity is very strange, as it cannot see but it can hear and smell. It also disperses leeches that crawl around the map and can see you. If one of these leeches latches onto you, it will make you smell and it always instantly alerts the tenant to your position, as well as the necropede. However, these leeches are slow and aren't usually too much of an issue. The tenant always emits strange slimey noises as it walks and there is usually a dark bass kind of ambience in the background when it spawns. Other than that, its not too much of a difficult entity.

Difficulty: (2.5/5)
The Hell Doll and the Army of Dolls
The Hell Doll and the Army of Dolls: These two entities are variants of the cursed doll. They actually do not appear naturally in any level at all and they are actually only available in custom mode. The army of dolls is pretty much i think 4 dolls that chase you normally like the cursed doll does. The hell doll is an abomination and should be avoided at all costs. It is extremely fast and emits a demonic orange glow. You will know when you're near it as it emits an eerie baby crying noise.

Difficulty:
Army of Dolls: (3/5)
Hell Doll: (5/5)
The Alpha Wyrm
The alpha wyrm is a new entity added as of the halloween update 0.6.3. This entity is extremely similar to the whispering wyrm, but it has different properties. It is a custom mode exclusive entity and does not spawn in any of the current levels naturally. This entity slithers around exactly like the whispering wyrm but it is faster, slightly bigger, is greenish in color and has a different head model than the whispering wyrm, pretty much just a more difficult version. It has the same voice lines as its counterpart, but they have a dark, growling tone instead.

Difficulty: (4/5)

It's worth noting that all of the dolls are unable to open doors or traverse vents, I've heard that ??? will loosely lead you to important locations on the map though further testing would be needed. I'm not sure if it's intended design or coincidence but after turning a corner while running from the wyrm and staying still until it leaves it seems to eventually patrol through where it last saw you.

the hell doll has a fun interaction with smiley in that the light emitting from the doll will both keep it at bay and is capable of forcing smiley to retreat entirely should the doll suddenly light up the location where it was standing.
