At the moment the data here is from chapter 4 of my ~dogmatic officer. I didn't finish the chapter yet so the guide is WIP.
Resources sections have a list of all the resources, system sections only have new systems or the ones with changes in comparison to Chapter 2. There is a separate guide for Chapter 2.

Some things may differ depending on the difficulty, character and companions you have.

I was able to get through the Magnetic Storm in Omicron with the X-470 Ultimo Array (but not the W-240 Passive Detection Arrays)
