Starting
These are the lowest settings in game to improve more fun gameplay. If you have a really bad computer, my settings will help you a lot by getting higher FPS.
Launcher Settings
A small window appears when you click "Play" button.

1. Set the resolution to "1600x900"
2. Active "2D Menu" option.
3. Launch the game.
In-Game Settings
Now we will do more detailed changes.

1. On Menu Screen, click "Options".
2. Click "Advanced", you will open Advanced Settings which is full of many things. Add and set everything below.

Brightness Boost > 0.000000 Contrast > 1.400000 Screen Blur > OFF Bump Maps > OFF Specular Maps > OFF High Quality Specular > OFF Wateer Shader > OFF Weather Effects > OFF Water Ripples > OFF Subtitles > ON (optional) Cheap Gunsmoke Effect > ON Max Gunsmoke Particles Allowed > 1.000000 Screen Grain Effect > OFF Screen Grain Amount > 0.600000 Vignette Effect > OFF Prop Fade Distance > ON (may reduce lag) Double-tap Dodging > ENABLE (optional) Blood Particles > OFF Black and White Effect > ON (optional) Camera and Scope Effect ON (optional)

3. Click "Apply".
Restart the Game (Optional)
"Apply" button might not work at all. Restart the game by closing and openning again, so all settings will work %100. This is optional but if you ask me i would prefer this.
