Tomsa Telecom

The Tomsa Telecom Corporation, a company originally from Spain, is a household name in both Europe and the Americas for long-distance landline and internet services.

The company was founded in Seville in 1947 and was quickly given subsidies by the state, as was the case with many new companies and schemes in Franco's post-war Spain. This allowed the company to grow but it was limited to its home country. In the mid 1970's, Tomsa was allowed by the new government to expand abroad and the company opened it's first French headquarters in 1978.

The company then expanded rapidly, having grown to accommodate branches in France, Portugal, Germany and the United Kingdom. In the mid-80's the company turned its attention to Latin American, were many towns and cities were in dire need of basic telecommunications infrastructure. A Mexican Branch opened in 1986 and another, Brazilian branch followed just over a year later.

In 1991 the company completed it's first United States branch here in Bricksburg. This building stands proudly in Downtown's Financial District.

Hi guys, I'm back with another quick creation. Decided to create this to have a little break from working on the cover and to give you all something in the meanwhile. There is the potential that this will be added to the cover at some point, but I wouldn't hold your breath. There are still a lot of spaces that need to be filled!
