The Steam version of FNaF: Help Wanted 2 has two different versions, VR and Flat Mode.
There are no big differences between these versions except that Flat Mode is kinda easier.
That being said, feel completely free to try and get all of these achievements in either version!
This guide also contains some SPOILERS for the game, you have been warned!

“Get jumpscared.”
Get jumpscared to lose a level.

“Consult the Mystic Hippo.”
Press the red button on Mystic Hippo's machine.

“You ate the glue. What is wrong with you?”
Eat the glue can in the Arts and Crafts: Daycare level.

“Make a Monty costume.”
Give a S.T.A.F.F. Bot dark green eyes, cheeks, and lips, then give it the red mohawk and star glasses in the Salon: S.T.A.F.F. Makeover level

“Shoot a server with the sauce gun.”
Shoot a S.T.A.F.F. Bot with your sauce gun in the El Chip's level.

“Serve food after dropping it.”
Drop something on the floor then serve it in any Food Prep level.

“Complete a night of Fizzy Faz without wasting any ingredients.”
Beat any Fizzy Faz level without sending a cup to the trash or letting ingredients spoil.

“Eat your patient's candy.”
Eat candy when you're told to give it to your patient in any First Aid level.

“Did you know, there are two mallets?”
Beat either Bonk a' Bon level using only 1 mallet.

“Smash 8 light bulbs.”
Smash 8 light bulbs in either Bonk a' Bon level or in the Fazerblast levels.

“Only hit Helpy during round 1.”
Only hit Helpy and no other character during Round 1 of the Bonk a' Bon level.

“Bowl a turkey!”
Get 3 strikes in a row in the Bonnie Bowl level.

“Hit 20 ball targets.”
Hit 20 ball targets in the Fazerblast levels.

“Shoot those Plushbabies!”
Shoot 25 PlushBabies in the Fazerblast levels.

“Hit Moon in the face with the pumpkin.”
Take the pumpkin on the floor and hit Moon with it in either Carousel level.

“Find an alternate Log Ride flume.”
Shoot any pointing Helpy sign in the Capt. Foxy's Log Ride level to change the route.

“Throw a Minireena.”
Throw a Minireena in the Ballora Gallery level.

“Boop Funtime Freddy's nose.”
Boop Funtime Freddy's nose when he gets close enough in the Breaker Room level.

“In Funtime Gang, don't let Chica get Mr. Cupcake.”
Don't let Funtime Chica reach your office in the Office: Funtime Gang level by swapping Mr. Cupcake's side when she gets close.

“Beat all high scores.”
Beat the high scores in the Bonk a' Bon, Bonnie Bowl, and Capt. Foxy's Log Ride levels.
This achievement may be kinda bugged.

“See the world as it really is.”
Open the locked door with the Faz-Wrench unlocked after beating enough minigames, turn off the inhibitor and take off your mask.

“Make Roxy presentable.”
Beat the Salon: Roxy Repair level.

“Paint a S.T.A.F.F. Bot, Roxy, and Shattered Roxy with all dark green makeup.”
Paint dark green makeup onto the eyes, cheeks, and lips of those characters in their corresponding Backstage levels.

“Complete all possible First Aid tasks.”
Complete the 15 possible tasks in the First Aid levels.
Some tasks are only available in the First Aid: Scrap Baby level.

“Throw parts of Helpy at an animatronic threat.”
Remove and throw a Helpy piece at an animatronic in the First Aid: Scrap Baby level.

“Give every ingredient station S.T.A.F.F. bot a break within a round.”
Give every ingredient station a break in the Fizzy Faz Night 4 or Night 5 level.

“In Fizzy Faz, make a "graveyard".”
Mix a drink with every ingredient and send it in the Fizzy Faz Night 4 or Night 5 level.

“Get the Endos together for a group photo.”
Flash 3 Endos with one flash of the Faz Cam in the Endo Warehouse level.

“Give the Carnie what it deserves.”
Shoot and throw balls at Carnie in the Fazerblast: FNAF 1 or FNAF 2 level.
This achievement may be kinda bugged.

“Eat edible objects in the game for ever and ever and ever.”
Eat 200 pieces of food throughout the game.

“Get all prizes from the claw machine.”
Unlock the 85 claw machine prizes.
To unlock every prize, keep replaying levels until you get them all.

“Take this mask. Take this mask.”
Get the Faz Force Ending.
To get the Faz Force Ending, collect the 6 Faz Force figures unlocked by beating levels.

“Retrieve a memory.”
Find a memory plushie.

“System threats found. Repair complete.”
Get the Princess Quest IV Ending.


To get the Princess Quest IV Ending, you must find the 6 memory plushies in these levels, then take the glitchy Faz-Token from Mystic Hippo's machine and bring it to the Princess Quest IV arcade.

Freddy Plushie - In the Fazerblast levels, shoot the rocket in the first 3 levels and get at least 7000 points in the Fazerblast: FNAF 2 level, then beat the newly unlocked Fazerblast: FNAF 3 level to get the Freddy Plushie.
Bonnie Plushie - In the Bonk a' Bon: Bonus Round level, hit the Glitchtrap hand puppet on Round 4, then enter the tilt code backwards to get the Bonnie Plushie.
Chica Plushie - In the Fazbear Theater level, throw the 4 Chica related items in the trash can (Lemon Chica Bar, Chowder, Chica Chug, Chica Chugee) to get the Chica Plushie.
Foxy Plushie - In the Capt. Foxy's Log Ride level, hit the 3 pointing Helpy signs and hit a blue marker in each alternative route, then hit another blue marker on the cake at the very end to get the Foxy Plushie.
Golden Freddy Plushie - In the Fizzy Faz Night 3 level, mix a drink with every ingredient except salt and add the Sodaroni to it, then hit lockdown and send it to get the Golden Freddy Plushie.
Puppet Plushie - In the Office: Puppet Master level, open the drawer and enter the code 1983 in the keypad to get the Puppet Plushie.

“A Bonnie Mask?”
Light the gravestones in the correct order (Chica, Foxy, Freddy, Bonnie, Golden Freddy, Puppet) in the Princess Quest IV level, then go down the secret path that opens.

“Complete all minigames.”
Beat every level including Princess Quest IV.
You may need to replay a level for this achievement to unlock.

“Shift Complete.”
Unlock every achievement above.
