Description

Adds 110 new civilians for you to mess around with. Perfect for the Background NPCs addon. You can hold C to open the context menu and change their body groups or skin depending on which NPC it is. I figured that since some models in these packs don't have an NPC counterpart, I would make it myself.

You can find the civilians in the 'More Civilians' category in the spawn menu. This is not a replacement.

!!! ATTENTION !!!

They are not replacements.

You can right click on each NPC to spawn it as a unit or you can copy the model directories to put into the Background NPCs example module to spawn them as defaults.
