Amalgamation: Tank Buster (Primary spec)

Amalgamation has a small issue with lack of primary shredding, which I have previously addressed with the Wrecker spec. Tank Buster exists as another approach to dealing with the more tanky Advent and Alien units.

Whilst they are not as accurate against small targets as a regular sniper, the Tank Buster specializes in using a sniper rifle in an anti-material role.

Tank Busters have 2 set perks (Squaddie and Brigadier), a 50/50 deck at Sergeant and 2 alternating perk decks - Actives and Passives.
