Description

This mod changes the requirements for selecting rival by reducing the limits on diplomacy and fleet power

Localization

The localization files have been updated to reflect these new rivalry rules.

@Ndog, Yeah, I ran into that problem too. I've only changed the fleet strength requirements, but it doesn't seem to be enough

Hi, what parameter does this mod change? Cuz i still unable to declare rival whenever i want
