This is not my original work, it was inspired by Chrissant who made " DEI Better Clients" in 2021, and his work was based on DEI code. Therefore, all credits to Chrissant and DEI team, brilliant team !

Installation:
Just like other DEI sub-mod, put it before the 3 DEI mods.

Functions:
Just like "DEI Better Clients", this mod increases the number of army that you can levy from a client/puppet state in one turn, but unlike "DEI Better Clients", player can levy extra 4 units at level 3 imperium, and 8 as maximum at level 7 and 8. In addition to this, the trade bonus with client/puppet states are also increased to 30% at level 7 and 8 imperium level.

I changed the data a little bit, as i feel it is too OP for some "useful client state" mods which can levy 20 units in one turn! and not that military helpful as "DEI Better Clients" did, so i increased the number that player can levy, to make client state more useful and realistic, but without OP bonus. Hope all you can enjoy this mod.

Not test wit DEI 1.34 BETA yet, let me know if you have some bugs with it in DEI 1.34 BETA.

Now you can levy elite troops from your puppet states, nerf the number of levies that you can have in one turn. Level 1~3 u can only levy 2 units per region from puppet and client states, level 4 is 3, 5 6 is 4, 7 is 5 and 8 is 6 units per region. U can still manage to levy a full army in one turn, but u have to give your puppet state a full province first.

该模组受到“DEI Better Clients” mod 作者Chrissant启发，在他模组基础上调整了一下数值。他的模组是在DEI代码基础上调整的，因此功劳全归他和DEI制作组所有。
安装模组，把它放DEI三部曲前就可以了，兼容其它模组。
主要功能就是让附庸国傀儡国更有用，附庸后随着帝权等级的增加能招募更多附庸的兵，帝权等级7 8 时能招募8队。和附庸的贸易也会随着帝权等级增加而有buff，最高30%贸易加成，鼓励玩家在后期，边境上多附庸国家，而不是一味填色游戏，毕竟DEI腐败值高，而且DEI名字就是分而治之，这样更有代入感。

现已可以从附庸招募精英兵种.削弱了一回合可招募数量，现在帝权等级1到3能每个地区从附庸处招募2队伍，帝权4 3个，5 是4个，6 7 8分别是 4 5 6，你依然可以从附庸那一回合拉一满编，前提是帝权等级高，然后给附庸一个完整的行省或一个行省内多个城
