DEI Trade Regions 买卖城池

This is not my original work, one of my friends found it on a forum （total war center forum). It is compatible with DEI !

I am not sure who is the original author, but i think the author's ID on that forum is MrTimber68

I found it is very interesting and helpful, and i have never seen a similar mod in ROME 2 workshop before and i do believe many players would seek for the same : trade regions in ROME 2! So i decide to share it in this community.

How to work:
Buying settlement:
You can trade regions with your allies, client states and neutral states ( must have good relationship), first you need to deploy your noble agent (senator, priest) on a desired region, click deploy button and wait until next turn. Then click your noble agent again, the advisor would give you a notice about how to proceed region trading, the chance of success and how much money you would pay. It would be easier and quicker if you trade with your client state, for others it will take a while to wait until 100% success. When you reach 100% success of buying region, the advisor will notice you how to do next, just follow the steps.
Selling settlement:
You can sell regions with your allies, client states and neutral states, you will find a yellow button on the up-right corner of construction panel. Select the city that you want to sell, click the yellow button, then the city will be added to the selling list. Choose the country that you want to sell with, click one of its city that you can see (no war fog), and then click the yellow button, the deal will be conducted in the next turn.

Again, this mod is compatible with DEI ! Not sure for other mods. And this mod is not my original work, the author should be MrTimber68 (this is the forum ID), hail to MrTimber68

我自己用感觉挺好，直播的时候很多人也想要，因此我决定在创意工坊分享下。
这个模组没汉化，所以需要有点英文基础或者手机对着翻译。
如何买城：
把你的贵族事务官（参议院，牧师，祭祀）部署到你想买的地盘，前提是你和附庸，友军，和友好中立派系做交易， 然后点击部署，等下回合选择这个事务官，左上角的byd就会弹出来说话，告诉你现在购买成功率是多少，如果你交易对象是附庸国，他会告诉你因为你是他们领主，所以你可以用很低的价格比如2500块买他的地，如果交易对象是其他，那你得等几回合直到告诉你100%成功率你才能买。

如何卖城： 这就简单了，建筑界面你会看到右上角有个黄色小按钮，选择你想卖的地，点击按钮，会提示你这个地加入到售卖单，然后再选择你想卖给的派系（不能是敌对的），选择它的一个你能看见的城，再点击黄色按钮，下回合后就生效，前提是它有钱买，没钱就买不了。
