There are toilets everywhere in Skyrim... havent you ever noticed books on stools next to buckets? Yeah, no indoor plumbing sucks.

I'm not sure, but I think saw a primitive toilet room in Skyrim. Don't remember where exactly... but I think somewhere in dungeon
