There are 9 medallions in total.
Some of them are very easy to overlook.
Some of them also require backtracking or detours.
Not necessarily only one medallion for each chapter.
Probably the most difficult achievement in this game because of them. :'(

If you do knife-only play and ignore guns, you cannot destroy most medallions.
(In the end, you will be forced to equip everything.)
Unfortunately, let's play separately.

The first one is behind the dead end in the first escape scene.
After defeating the masked cultist, turn around, look up and aim.

The second one is in the corridor in front of the red cell with the big mirror.
In the scene of your first balance beam walk, look down before crossing and aim.
It's easy to find if you commit suicide by falling intentionally.

The third one is in the room with footprints and pitfalls, just before the third escape scene.
When you enter the room, don't move, turn right and aim at the ceiling.
Be careful as the floor will fall out if you move too much.

The fourth one is in the sewer area that you enter with Sam while looking for the blue valve handle.
Once you enter the sewer, just keep going to the RIGHT.
You will reach dead end illuminated by a red light, and there will be a medallion.

The fifth one is in the waterway where you are chased by a giant skull head spider.
Do you remember there were two passage entrances in the middle of the waterway?
After defeating the boss by red drum, run backwards through the waterway.
If you run from the other side, you will see a medallion on the ceiling of the entrance.

The 6th one is in a large temple right near the save point.
This is also where Rodrigo is captured.
When you go down the stairs and enter the building,
look up at the area where the light is shining on the ceiling.
There is a medallion around the center of the arch.


The seventh one is in the waterway next to the corridor where you escaped from or defeated the Dark Knight.
After the wall behind is blocked, turn left at the intersection in front of you.
In that position, turn to your left and look up at the ceiling.
There is a medallion just blocks the vent.

The 8th one is on the bookshelf next to the ladder in the library.
FYI the medallion in a low position, but you cannot break with knife :'(
Destroy it with gun or arrow.


The last medallion is in the last boss battlefield.
It's on the back of the winged statue.
That statue is just behind where the last boss first sits.
You need to break it while fighting the last boss.
Sprint and backstep to increase the distance from the last boss,
then safely destroy the medallion.
You have now destroyed all medallions!
Achievements do not unlock instantly on the spot.
It will be unlocked when you exit the game and back to steam client.
