Ship capturing basic
Note 1! Using the Packey Ball wont give you the blueprint, it give you only the ship!
Note 2! The more packed ship & items you have in your Inventory or Ship / Base cargo, the more the game will lag. If you dont need any packed ship or items, sell them or scrap them! This will reduse the lag.

First you need to know how to get a new ship blueprint. Without blueprint you cant build a new ship.

Currently these are known options to get new blueprint (that I know).

Option 1:
Blueprints are randomly spawn in every shop and get refresh now and then. It is a very time consuming to fly to every trade station or shipyard and look for blueprint.

Option 2 with Repair gun
- go and looking for the ship you want the blueprint
- try not to destroy the enemy ship Airlock
- attack the ship until the crew indicator hit 0
- you can try to board the ship with an EVA suite and kill the crew
- or access the ship via boarding (Shift) > (X)
- enter the ship and use the Repair gun to repair your way to any Bridge
- at the Bridge (hit F) > Hacking
- if you success and take control over the new ship, a message will pop up that you obtain a new blueprint

Option 3 with Repair drone:
- Install at least 1 (or up to 4) Repair drone into the ship you fly
- make sure to connect them to the Bridge with "Navigation Selector" or "Gunnery Selector X"
- make sure to have Grey goo in your ship cargo to generate drones
- go and looking for the ship you want the blueprint
- attack the ship until the crew indicator hit 0
- you can try to board the ship with an EVA suite and kill the crew
- use Repair drone to repair the destroyed ship
- access the ship via boarding (Shift) > (X)
- enter the ship and looking for the Bridge (hit F) > Hacking
- if you success and take control over the new ship, a message will pop up that you obtain a new blueprint

I obstain this ship in the Gauntlet with Packey Ball, after the Gauntlet you can equip and fly this ship to a station or an abandon station, dock via Airlock (not Hanga "V") >>> leave the ship with all your crew >>> exit the game >>> load the game >>> respawn >> get a small ship >>> fly to this ship and dock on it >>> goto any Bridge >>> Hack
How to build a ship
To build a new ship you need blueprint and resource, lots of resource.
You can mining, trading and/or pirating for the resource.

Resource
Access your station storage to see how many of each resource you have.
When you access your resource at your station. On the screen left is the available resourse and right your ship cargo. You can right click on any resource in your cargo hold and "sell" them. All the selected resource will transper to your station cargo.

Build / Spawn ship
Once you unlock a blueprint they will be permanent available.

If you access the Logistics and hit "Spawn ship". A list available "blueprint" will show what ship you can build. If the list is empty, this simply mean you dont have any known ship blueprint yet.

Once you choose a ship you want to build. The required resource to build the selected ship are shown on the left. If a resource is insufficient. It will highlight in red.

Equipping
After build new ship, you need to check your inventory "E" and right click to equip your new ship.

After equip the new ship in your inventory, you need to check for it weapons.
Access Logistics again and you will see a ship spawn at the bottom on the station.
Scroll in and use WASD to move around.

Select your ship. Now you should see how may turrets slot your ship have.
- Turret slot in red = empty.
- Turret slot in Cyan = gun installed.

Click on one of the turret slot to see if you have any available weapon for this turret slot.

Note 1: all weapons (items) need to be placed into the station cargo or in your inventory (not in your ship cargo). Else you wont see any weapons when try to select them in the outfit screen.

Note 2: Thumb rule: A ship drop only things they have equipped. For example: a ship with a "Fixed Machine Gun" equipped have a change to drop it. A ship with a "150mm Auto Cannon" equipped wont drop "Fixed Machine Gun".

You can access your station cargo to store all your item (not resource).

Weapons (items) can be drop by all ships that have them equiped or purchase at the trade station or shipyard.
- Weapons comes in various size
- Tiny > Small > Medium > Large > Heavy
- You need weapon with tiny size to fit in a tiny turret slot and so on
- There are 2 type of turret: Balistic & Energy
- T1 & T2 ballistic weapons can be fit on ballistic turrent
- T2 energy weapons fit only on T2 energy turret
- T3 energy weapons fit only on T3 energy turret

Mouse over the turret (item) will shown in which slot size it will fit in

T3 Research
T3 are Shavala tech and currently the most advanced tech you can get.
In v9.4.x.x you can obtain the Shavala Data Core from the Gauntlet challenge. After ending a challenge session you will receive one Shavala Data Core.

This info is from Keter on discord:
- You need 350 points per core
- 1 score per kill
- 10 score per zone finished
- 1 boss 50 score
- 2 boss 100
- 3 boss 150
- final boss 250
- You can technically push 700 points for 2 cores

Once you have enough Shavala Data Core you can use them for research

Tuning
with the v9.4.x.x you now have the abilites to tune your ship.
- tuning apply only to the ship you are currently in
- with a chance tuning chips can be found in any trade station or shipyard
- drop by enemy ships
- each tuning can stack up to 20x

you may wish to consider adding a section on the mechanics kit and module upgrade :)

They have a good chance of spawning when you mine in the infested nebula or when you attack miners in the grey zone
