Greetings!

Another day, another PQ3 adventure! In this guide we'll look at the Wizard's Circle adventure. It seems there is a different mechanism in each adventure. This one features "no energy", where you have unlimited energy, and can thus complete the journey in a single day without spending any gems. Too bad it is not replayable.

Let's see what we can expect to encounter in this one...

Wizard's Circle

As mentioned, the unique element here is the no energy requirement. I'm not sure why not using energy is a feature, or what the purpose is, but interesting nonetheless. Play the adventure and collect your free glyph! Because there is no need to use energy, this adventure is not offered for long, so play it in one siting and be done.

The difficulties are shown below. Instead of the standard gem reward for completion, Wizard's Circle rewards you with spell shards at the completion.

Battles
This adventure has a forking path, and since it is not replayable, nor farm-able any longer, I was unable to gather the complete battle details for one path. I will fill that in next time the adventure comes around.

Given the energy is free for this adventure, there does not seem to be much incentive to take the short route, and bypass the Fae Gift, but your circumstances might be different than mine. Make the choice that works for you.

1) Ogre Mage

West (Long route)
South (Short route)
Reward - 1 Epic Rune
Optional detour
2) Hill Giant
Fae Gift
2) Storm Giant
3) Storm Golem
3) Hellcat
4) Dark Dwarf
5) Plague Priest
6) Ur-Ghoul

7) Dungeon

Merchant
Reward - 1 Spell Glyph
Wares and Gifts
On your trek you will have the optional choice of obtaining a Fae Gift. Since energy is free in this one, you may as well face the single battle that stands between you and the gift.

You will visit the merchant no matter the path you travel, with an opportunity to collect another glyph. A thousand gems may seem expense, but if you are unable to advance your favorite spell, this may be worth it.

See You Later
Well, a short adventure means a short guide. Still, I thank you for taking a moment to check it out. It's no fun to put in the effort only to have no one stop by! LOL

I have a nice-sized collection of guides of all stripes this point. Many of them feature jokes, puns and so forth, so they are not all cut-and-dry like this one. There are even a couple short stories that folks have enjoyed so I encourage you to give it a quick look! You can check them out here if you so desire: Taskmaster's Guides! You won't be sorry.

I know your time is valuable but it t's nice to know that folks are getting use from my effort. If you have time, please take a moment to give it a rating, by clicking the stars at the top of the guide. Comments are always welcome as well, even the negative ones, as long as you are civil.

Until next time friend...
