Gresoski's Death's Head Flagellant

A Flagellant skin based on his on again off again OTP, Death.

This palette had to be scrapped and reworked multiple times, but I'm pretty satisfied with the end result. My biggest innovation while working on this was overlaying the ink layer, allowing me to incorporate and add to it rather than fighting against it through trial and error, which I'm sure will be quite useful on future skins and for learning new heroes.

Special thanks to Sherin on the Discord who linked an asset ripper, giving me access to the ink layer and other useful game textures, and to https://www.twitch.tv/mariner_hawk who's tragic and ill-fated encounters with Death inspired this skin.
