First, open the company menu.



Next, edit the company president....



...and go to advanced mode.



Finally, make sure the indicated settings are the same. The rest of the settings can pretty much be whatever you want.



congrats! now you have cheekbones more angular than the trains i hit competitors trucks with.

You can also save and load one face if you want to keep it across games.
