New Phobus Regime

In an alternate universe, Davros never fell victim to the Movellan virus that was wiping out the Daleks. Once the small surviving group of Daleks died, Davros began construction of a new race. This time he designed them with the full range of emotion, believing their lack of compassion was the cause of their betrayal. With his new race, he based their central drive on fear, instead of hatred. He programmed them to gain an ecstatic thrill from instilling terror into other creatures.
This did not stop the new Daleks from turning on their creator, but in a way his hypothesis was correct, they didn’t kill him. The new emotional Daleks felt reverence toward Davros, but felt even greater shame for having such a miserable, feeble, and boring creator. It was a problem with an easy solution, they made him better. Something they could proudly proclaim a progenitor of horror.
With the aid of their "improved" creator, the new empire began production of Daleks suitable to prey on the fears of lesser species. Their search lead to division and the formation of castes within the empire.

This pack contains 9 models, each themed after a monster of some sort. The Godzilla one has weird bones, and one of them is the invisable man for now.
