@steeloid For chapter 7b, you will have to solve the two panel puzzles and the laser gems puzzle to get to that piece of paper, but at least they're not terribly difficult

For anyone who missed a note you can go back via chapter select in the main menu grab the note and then quit back to the main menu again without losing it so there's no need to redo any puzzles.
