To get this achievement, in Chapter 3b, at one point a hemisphere will appear in the centre of the big table. Not only that but a large arm will start defending it. Keep trying to look at the sphere. I believe I did like 5 times then alt tabbed to the steam app and then tabbed back in and suddenly got the achievement.

This I believe has to be done after "Let Me In". When placing the drone in the hole in the big table, you'll see it appear in front of you. Angle it towards you and fire the laser for the achievement.
