No More Narrow Heads

Description
Removes narrow heads because I hate them. Does not mess up any eye positions or stuff like that unlike its 1.4 counterpart.

Also just patches the heads instead of making whole new defs.

If there are any narrow heads that still appear, just leave a comment and I will see what I can do.

this mod only does the vanilla narrow heads, I could try other mods but idk if that'd break anything

I'm using nice facial animations https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3302079637 and still seeing some narrows here and there, not sure how the mod works maybe they are just still hanging around from before I added no more narrows?
