In the tutorial, when you leave the tunnel you will get the achievement.

If you skipped tutorial do this:
1. press ESC
2. go to Options -> Game
3. scroll all the way down
4. click "Play Tutorial"
Unlocks immediately after you finish tutorial (or skip tutorial).

Play your first encounter (online match).

Radiation waves appear towards the end of the map. The map is gonna start getting colored red from the corner where the red zone started developing.
Simply walk in it or wait until it comes to you. Screen is gonna start appearing a little fuzzy and change color.
You have to be the last one too escape. Using signal towers will help as they will show the location of any other outlanders who are left.
The airdrop will drop on the map (in the green circle) about 6-7 minutes after the start of the match. Loot this crate and escape.
You must escape the outlands with a full backpack (doesn't include weapon slots). You can just enter the outlands with a full backpack and run straight too the exit.
Locked boxes and locked shipping containers both count. They can be located throughout the map, more commonly in big houses. Just rotate the dial until a number flashes green.
Go to Barred House, which is marked on your map. The Barred House is barred up and you will need to remove debris from the door or a window you can jump through. Find the vault inside this House and unlock it. You must do it in 5 different encounters (every encounter have only 1 Barred House).

Carry 4 guns in your weapon slots and go play expedition.

You must get 4 kills in one round.

This achievement seems to be broken as it is given way before it should be. For an example, I got this achievement with only one map completed with the rest of the maps at around 50% completion.

Press TAB or use any item in shelter to access menu and in left up corner find BUILD section and build something with materials from encounters (1st upgrade wont be that expensive)
Build upgrades that will collect materials or food.
First one is wood.

Simply craft it and collect materials from it.

Keep grinding the game, scout for materials and improve your shelter.
This will took a while.. You need 25 safe house upgrades to reach level 7 shelter.

Go to shooting range and fire there.
You will find it outside near your main doors to house.
You will unlock different challenges for different guns as you unlock them through looting in encounters (matches) or opening crates.

Easiest way to do this is to craft 100 units of any ammo and then deconstruct them for the same amount of materials as you used to craft them.

Plans are obtained from crates (very rare chance) or by purchasing them from the store with crowns.
You get crates and crowns for free by completing quests and from the Antenna which you can build once you reach shelter level 4.
You can also speed this up by purchasing crowns with real money.
Only the four original healing plans that were included at launch are required to unlock the achievement despite more being released with recent updates. These are:
Disinfectant, Bandages, Painkillers, and Antibiotics.

Food is located in loot spawns during the matches you play.
Once you have atleast 2 units of food, go to the pulley on the cliff behind your shelter, see image:

The cube is located on the left part of the ground floor by the stairs to go down, see image:

Fastest way to get this achievement is to use promo codes for items. Sadly there is no way to use promo codes on PC version of the game right now.

You can obtain cosmetics from supply crates, rewards for daily challenges and in encounters from airdrops (must escape with it). You can also purchase cosmetics from in-game store for in-game coins or DLCs for real money.
