Why is there increased unit maintenance? The benefit is extremely slight so the cost makes ZERO sense here. I mean I could see if the benefit was amazing, but it isn't.

Love the mod - Lady Deirdre was one of my favorites from SMAC. I would like to see a brighter neon green for their color though instead of miasma green. And why another green for Hive? Weren't they a blue color ?

You forget Alpha Atlas, for your Icon, in Win Conditions.

Kai/Carnwulf: Good ideas! I'll update Human Hive to try to incorporate as many of your ideas as possible (within reason). I've also started making Morgan Industries so I'll take those ideas into account for it as well as with the Peacekeepers. Thanks again lol

My favorite faction from SMAC, the sexy tree hugger herself :D Very cool! Now someone has to attempt to make a total conversion Mod making it as much like SMAC/SMACx as possible :P

Bigger cities for Peacekeeper (4 tiles) sounds really good. They could also benefit from alliances (+5% energy and health per alliance). Less production for them seems to be ok.

In my oppinion the believers should get affinity-experience, whenever they annex or puppet a city for the first time (but not raise it, because that might be easily abuseable) AND -30% Science. This way they can stay behind in science and develop better military units at the same time.

For the hive I´d go with more tolerance for unhealthyness or even 10% boni to production and growth when unhealthy. Boni when unhealthy would be really unique. As an alternative +1 food to military tileimprovements would also fit and make them more useable. I rarely use those, because they aren´t really usefull if you are playing peacefull or waging succesfully (not in your own land ^^). 10% or 20% less culture sounds like a good to me. 20% could be a good idea, if you want to give them boni when unhealthy.

Morgan Industries has to have boni to energy. I´d go with +3 energy and production to improved strategic ressources and +2 unhealthyness from them.

About peacekeepers:

"the Peacekeepers make planetfall with the technology Biogenetics.[1] The United Nations-style bureaucracy of the faction causes them to have a negative efficiency rating, but the Peacekeepers attract intellectual elites. Peacekeeper colonies may grow two sizes beyond normal population restrictions."

technology biogenetics = Genetics?
negative efficency = -10% production or -10% energy?
attract intellectuals = +5% Science and +5% culture

not sure if there is something which can be done with:
Peacekeeper colonies may grow two sizes beyond normal population restrictions."

i think having there sity spread not 3 but 5 tiles would be OP. Maybe buying tiles for 10% less would be something.

morgan industry and lords believers sounds pretty solid. Nothing to say there.

Sounds good. That way Forests are like farms on plains, but in the end of the game forests are far worse than farms, because there are many farm-boni, ... but in the end you can also have miasma on each and every tile, so this sounds good.
