Rivulets Outer Expanse

Description
Makes Outer Expanse accessible for Rivulet! Can you find your way in?

Worldstate and general changes:
- deadly rain
- overall darker
- a new scav toll
- new scav trading room
- Sunken Pier is no more
- slowed down threat theme
- new ending (two variants)


Updates:
- added compabilities
- improved select screen art

Bugs:
- the big pipe where you can jump as Survivor, Gourmand etc. is not working as its supposed to for some reason, so i made new connection in the right top corner (if anyone knows what to do with it, my discord is ValiThe)

!!! ITS MY FIRST MOD LIKE THIS SO IT MIGHT NOT BE PERFECT, MIGHT ADD MORE STUFF IN THE FUTURE!!!

Enterance:
There is a new pipe connection for Rivulet in SU_A23 (room close to where you spawn as Survivor)

@Vali I suppose it could connect to any outer expanse in general, but it's only feasible for Rivulet to make the trip without Bubble Weed or Jetfish I believe. I have actually done edits with the purpose of making everything seem more run down as it would be in Outer Expanse's future, so it'd probably only connect to Rivulet's!

If you have a way to easier speak that you're comfortable with, I'd be happy to do that if you want so I don't clog up your mod comments :]

Hello hello! I'm working on an extended pathway that could theoretically be used by Rivulet to enter Outer Expanse, and I wanted to ask if it was okay if I could have it connect to your mod?
You've put so much effort into Rivulet's Outer Expanse, and I wouldn't want to discount that or cross any boundaries!
Apologies for not finding a better way of contacting, I don't have twitter and don't know what exactly is the appropriate actions to take to contact people <//3

There is like few saint oe rooms since ive had that planned but didnt end up doing it
Also nowdays im very busy with region im working on, ill check it eventually, maybe

Is saints outer expanse compatible with this mod? I dont see why it wouldn't be but i would like a conformation that it works
