解説
Sonic The Hedgehog from Smash Wii U/Ultimate in SFM!!!
"That was almost too easy." - Sonic the Hedgehog

This port aims to combine his smash Wii U (Sm4sh) and his Ultimate model into a single model for animation within SFM. Also has some changes/additions for more flexibility and "customization" in SFM.
Although, the rigged mouth and eyelids actually come from his frontiers model, of course, modified to fit this model. My rigging abilities aren't quite there yet to do the entire thing from scratch
This was originally going to be a private/personal port since I already had my old ssbu sonic port up, but I figured that all the additions I made to this would be useful to others who want to animate his smash model in SFM.
Especially since that old port was kinda bad, and doesn't allow the face to be animated traditionally... Was good enough for still renders though...
This is my first time making custom flexes, and rig adjustments... but from the testing I've done, I think I did a good job with it. Hopefully no one runs into any issues when using this model.

Included Models & Features
*Sonic and his alts from smash
  • Rigged eyebrows, eyelids, and mouth
  • Flexes for eyebrows, eyelids, and mouth
  • Flexes for further model editing, such as, muzzle curve, and SUPER SONIC quills, and brow shapes
  • All unique mouth bodygroups from sm4sh/ultimate + unique grin from the sm4sh trophy
  • Blank mouth bodygroup (it's just the muzzle, but no mouth is present)
  • Various rig tweaks for better posing
  • Bodygroups for hands and shoes to swap from the sm4sh and ultimate ones (rig tweaks for the wrist cuffs and socks are only present on the first bodygroup for each)
  • Various skins for different eyes, and SUPER SONIC
  • Just to clarify, SUPER SONIC is not a separate model. He's included as a skin for all the models, along with flexes for quills and eyebrow shapes.
*Metal model
  • All features of the main model, except for the skins changing eyes and super. Instead has skins to change from metal, gold, or ditto
*Spinball model
  • Skins for each alt, super sonic, metal, gold, and ditto
  • Spin aura, spin blades, and wind FX as bodygroups. (Brawl spin blades included as a bonus.)
*Spring
  • Skin for yellow alt as a bonus
  • Bodygroup for a "classic" style spring as a bonus
*Chaos Emeralds
  • Spawn in all 7 of the emeralds as one model
  • Each emerald has a bone to position it
*Chaos Emerald
  • Single emerald
  • Change emerald color with skins

Recommended Scripts
  • Animated Body Groups & Skin: This script allows you to animate the skins and bodygroups of a model. While this model does have flexes, the script is still useful. For example, if you needed to switch from sonic’s right mouth to the left one in a shot, you can use this to switch to that mouth bodygroup. Or if you wanted sonic’s eyes to go from default to the hurt eyes (small). Even for still renders, it makes getting the skin/bodygroup you want much easier.
  • Enhanced SSB4/SSBU Sonic RIG: This IK script just makes animating/posing easier (imo), but technically not required...

this model is similar with the Colors Ultimate Model, but that is better then the Ultimate. Thanks for port, is my favorite model :)

Glad to hear you like the small changes I’ve made. To answer your question, as of now, the answer is no . Of course, I may change my mind later… If I do, it would be a separate workshop item that could be attached to this, since I feel this is already quite big (the actual sonic models hit the 32 material limit a single sfm model can have, so I couldn’t include those other shoe options if I wanted to. At least not without it being a separate model you attach). Not only that, but I didn’t wanna add many other things that aren’t in his smash representation, and I’ve been on n’ off working on this for a long time a little over a year and kind of just want to be “done” with it lol.

Originally i wasn’t really a fan of the smash model of sonic but tbh the the slight and subtle enhancements you added are starting to grow on me.

In fact this debatebly has more customization then the SuperStaticpro model, also do you plan on adding alt shoes like soap, riders, movie, etc?
