Take the first left you see and step on the metal pancakes mines.

At the minefield, don't step on the mines this time and take the note on top of the box, note 1.

On left of the road, you can find the Walkie Talkie.
Up ahead there is a cabin on the right, find the crowbar behind it, open the door and read the Flight Log, note 2.
After the wild canine runs across the road, look in the grass on the right of the road to find note 3.
Soon you'll see the caged dogs, take the Bicycle Wheel and read the Parts List, note 4.
Going left there's a note on the right side of the road, note 5.
A little further ahead on the left is the Winter Tire.
Soon after the jumpscare, at the upside down car there is a Car Battery.
Taking a left turn, atop a barrel is the Car Key.
Left of the gazebo is note 6.
Take the Busted Tire at the gazebo.
Go straight through the trees and take the Summer Tire from the graveyeard.
Up ahead is a newspaper on top of a box, note 7

Hugging the left wall going forward, there will be a skeleton where you can take a pistol (Ice Maker MV) in some bushes.
Nearby are the Windshield Wipers, the last car part you need on top of a wooden palette.
Go back towards the dog cages to get ambushed by Splendor Man.
Shoot him with your pistol.

Similar to playthrough 2, except you don't need to find the notes, only the car parts, go back towards the caged dogs and don't shoot Splendor Man this time.
