Refine the silver!

Description
Instead of just getting usable silver out of the wall, you have to refine it into pretty little coins! Includes patches for a few other mods too! (The big smithy in the preview is from VFE - Production)

Very big credits to SirLalaPyon for giving me perms to use his coin art. I am very thankful.

Changelog:
U1: Made normal silver have a whiter color
U2: Made silver color more vibrant, made normal silver a manufactured resource and made raw silver a small volume resource
U3: Bug fixes
U4: Gold!
U5: Fixed raw silver always being shown in the resource dropdown

Thank you @TheBronzeWarrior for sharing this awesome (and tiny) mod. It does exactly what I wanted from the base game for years now. I loved (and used until yesterday) the texture from SirLalaPyon's since 1.2! It just made sense rather than using raw silver for commerce. Your mod takes it a step even further, and I really like the concept. But I have a couple of issues I'm still undecided on how to tackle. How can I patch mods that offer a specialized storage building for silver and gold? I.e. LWM's Skip. With your mod those only offer it for the raw material.

Cheers!

I notice that silver coins are still classified as a raw material instead of a manufactured product. Was that intentional?
