New discovery related to this: you can go to this spot without a need for teammate by jumping on a tree on CT spawn (more difficult).

To get there you jump on the bike in CT, then you jump on the small roof part above the door (red) next to that bike and wait for your teammate. Jump on your teammate so you can jump on the rectangle flowerpot and then jump slightly above the lower balcony on the your left, then jump/walk onto the railing of the higher (not bigger) balcony and jump onto the ladder (try to avoid the concrete floor) and then jump on the roofs and now you have this view (you can jump even higher than this view). It might get patched in the future (now it's 02.10.2024) .
