Map remains mostly the same as seen in gmod, however I made several fixes and updates to lighting and props.

Intended to be harder in difficulty and to be played with multiple players.

Special thanks to:
Dysphie for health bar vscript and ammo pile vscript.
Durkhaz for creating the model and bodygroups for ammo piles.
along with Felis and Merzarime for answering all my stupid questions.

Known issues:
- There's a debug cube I forgot to remove at spawn. PLEASE do not look at it :(
- Occasional issue with nemesis spawns
- A kill trigger slightly protrudes inside the police station

I would recommend adding a standard func_areaportal at the RPD Entrance, which is closed once the final fight begins to remove 90% of rendering load of the outside world.

I tested it with the original areaportalwindow still present, but with a normal areaportal right behind it. I would've made it smaller, but converting a lot of front door geometry to world rather than remaining as func_detail is a pain for portal flow.

Otherwise a solid and generally well performing port, just a few minor things to fix or adjust, still very much playable.

Although I didn't fully finish the map game crashed partway through after the 3rd nemesis fight I do like it but I do have a few complaints first of all nemesis in the original game minus a few set moments you're not required to fight nemesis and also the game announcing that you're about to eventually fight nemesis kinda gives him away along with that he doesn't have any of his own animations and he's very very durable but that one kind of feels intentional some changes I would like to see is mainly a small tweak to nemesis mainly the objectives not announcing that he is coming and him having his own animations the zombie dogs have their own animations why not him but overall nice map

Also, it might just be me, but the dog enemy still feels wonky - it's not the first map I've played to try them, but their hitbox and stun chance still feel weird every time I fight one.
