you can find it in 'Rats Simfphys' (my name i usually go by but i cant keep a name for 5 minutes).

please note it is NOT the best, its just a small attempt and testing the waters with making an addon.
i just did it for fun i wont spend horrible amounts of time on something if i dont find it fun.
its a slow heavy car, if you need you can change the settings to your likings.
might upload more, it depends.

this is my first simfphys car i swear if i see suggestions ima lose it
