MA37B ICWS (MP5)

"Referred to by the Army as the MA37B ICWS, or MA37B, or MA5C-MK5, it is an air-cooled, gas-operated, magazine-fed, fully automatic rifle chambered for 7.62×51mm ammunition. Developed with updates from the MA5 production lines during the Human-Covenant War, the MA37B excels in medium to close-quarters combat, offering soldiers a significant rate of fire similar to the older MA5B assault rifle. This increased fire rate makes it highly effective in suppressive and rapid engagements. Additionally, the MA37B comes equipped with a MA/B-3E attachment, mounted via its rail integration system and barrel shroud, enhancing the rifle's versatility and modularity on the battlefield.

It would be succeeded by the later MA40 assault rifle which was similar in design and featured several improvements over the MA37 including reliability and durability."
