Legendary Felman Ingersson

Description
The mod that no one asked for.

Gives Felman Ingersson, the other noncanonical Norscan faction leader from WH1 an unique appearance and a skill tree with an emphasis on buffing Marauder Horsemen and Marauder Horsemasters.

The Skaeling Marauder Horsemasters are better geared for melee combat than the generic version with higher armour but lower ammunition count. They can be buffed significantly with Felman Ingersson's personal capstone skill, though it does have the trade-offs to increase their recruitment time and costs.

Skaeling faction has access to the new Manticore Knights unit, an unit-capped high tier unit that is roughly equivalent to the Knights of Tor Gaval unit.

Largely untested in campaign and will likely need balancing.

There are no 2D portraits for the Skaeling Marauder Horsemasters and Manticore Knights at this time.

Requires Norsca (WH1), Chaos Warriors (WH1), and the Hunters and the Beast DLCs (WH2).

Skaeling requires Mixu's Mixer to be playable in campaign.

Now compatible with the Old World Campaign.

This is really cool. I would be glad to see him added to Tribes of the North, like they did with the wolf guy someone made prior to that mods release.

Renamed custom factions_tables to dummy it out. Now should be compatible with TOTN. Unit card will need a custom mask to change with faction colours, but that is for later.

Really cool mod, sad about the incompabilities (Would love to have him as a addition to the faction). But still, great to see this qualtiy!
