The original mission: Safehouse Kavala

The game mode offers players a cooperative shooter experience, where you will be in constant contact with enemies across six waves. Players must advance from point to point, breaking through hordes of enemies. Unlike the original version, which takes place in the city of Kavala, this mode is not restricted to one city, and the checkpoint locations are not tied to buildings.

Key features of this mode include:
  • Limited arsenal that expands with new weapons as players capture and hold checkpoints.
  • Enemies progress alongside the players, gaining better equipment and increasing in numbers as the waves continue.
  • Constant enemy attacks: New enemies will continuously spawn, but don’t despair! By killing enemies, you can slow down their respawn timer. If it gets too difficult, try playing defensively.
  • If you lose teammates during the battle, they will respawn after capturing and holding a checkpoint.
  • To capture a checkpoint, at least one player must stay near it for a certain amount of time. To hold it and prevent losing it, at least one player must remain within 80 meters of the checkpoint. During this time, the enemy will launch a counterattack to reclaim the position.
  • Dynamic weather and time change after each checkpoint capture.
  • Mission replay script added at the end of the mission (may not work correctly).
  • No mods required, though some are supported.

Thx. I’m still experimenting with balancing the number of enemies. I want to enhance counterattacks and increase the minimum number of enemies since the number of enemies directly depends on the number of players. When I played this mode with 10 players, it was pure chaos, especially during the first enemies spawn at the beginning of the round.

Fantastic scenario, just cleared this with a buddy - no AI and all default settings, on top of LAMBS and ACE. One of the most rewarding scenarios we've scored a win on. The replay feature is also very novel.
