Description
Removes the negative effects of Empire Size from the game. Now you can watch the funny number go up without watching your tech cost go up with it!

The mod does work. It does not remove empire size, only the effects that empire size has on your empire.

Looks like the mod cannot work,cause I still can see the empire size in the game.

Mod should still work, yes. The modifier is activated at game start
