First make sure the game is closed!

Then to get to the nvidia control panel all you need to do is
Right click on your desktop and then click on the button that says "Nvidia control panel"



















if your on windows 11 and dont see it try clicking on "show more options" first

Now that the nvidia control panel is open go to "Manage 3D settings" on the left side














Then go to "Program settings"













And then "Select program to customise"
you will want to find "game.exe"













If you do not see it in the list you might have to click the "ADD" button to look for it and add it.
Now that "Game.exe" is selected scroll down in till you find "max frame rate".
when you find it limit it to 60 fps.
















Make sure you hit Apply in the bottom right corner after you do all this!

The game should be in a playable sate now!
