My attempt to catalogue the entirety of the equipment that you can find in your journey across Chaste's worlds in Wild Bastard. It's not necessarily exhaustive, although I have seen every item in the game at least once.

Foreward/Introduction
Hello! This guide is a brief reference for all of the items in the game. While completing the Collector achievement, I thought it might be a somewhat interesting, useful endeavor to catalog all the items that I found. It's not quite exhaustive, as I know there's 128 items in total and can remember that I'm missing some. Still, I hope this comes in handy if you're curious about what items there are or trying to get the achievement yourself.

Some tips to help you use this guide most effectively:
  • Equipment is separated into armaments, outfits, and gear, as it is in-game. I've sorted it into smaller groupings based on a common theme or modified attribute.
  • Equipment tier is indicated by the number of asterisks by the name. One is a normal item, Two is 'superior', and Three is 'first rate', the highest tier. There are some first-rate items which are clearly superior to other first-rate items.
  • Equipment tier also tells you purchase/sale price. Normal items go for 100, Superior for 250, and First-rate for 600. Items sell for half of their purchase price. On Luxury planets, prices are doubled, and on Rustic planets, prices are cut in half. In this case, I don't believe that the sale price goes up.
  • In order to collect an item, you must have it in your possession. It's not enough to see it or unlock it.
Armaments
Gun Parts
  • Speed Loader*: -50% reload.
  • Nanopolymer Lubricant*: +50% rate of fire.
  • Magazine*: +1 ammo.
  • Hefty Magazine**: +2 ammo.
Flat Damage Boosts
  • Bullet Charger*: +10 to damage.
  • Hypercharger**: +20 to damage.
  • Ultracharger***: +30 to damage.
Percent-based Damage Boosts
  • Custom Rounds*: +30% to damage.
  • Uranium Rounds**: +60% to damage.
  • Plutonium Rounds***: +120% to damage.
Accuracy Boosts
  • Iron Sights*: -33% spread.
  • Calibrated Iron Sights**: -50% spread.
  • Telescopic Sights***: -66% spread, +50% zoom.
  • Tracking Rounds***: Shots home on target, -20% damage.
  • Smart Tracking Rounds***: Shots home on target.
Balanced Rounds
  • Flechette Rounds*: -5 damage, -50% spread.
  • Large Caliber Rounds*: +50% damage, +33% spread.
  • Small Caliber Rounds**: -30% damage, +5 ammo, -30% reload.
Anti-armor Rounds
  • Shredding Rounds*: +1 armor shredding.
  • Super Shredding Rounds**: +2 armor shredding.
  • Armor Piercing Rounds***: Shots ignore armor.
Enemy-specific Scopes
  • Synthoid Scope**: +10 damage, +100% damage to security.
  • Critter Scope**: +10 damage, +100% damage to critters.
  • Manstopper Scope***: +10 damage, +50% damage to guards.
Killshot Rounds
  • Deadly Round*: First shot is a killshot.
  • Two Deadly Rounds**: First two shots are killshots.
  • Three Deadly Rounds***: First three shots are killshots.
Critical Chance Boosts
  • Hollow Point Rounds*: +33% to critical hit chance. +100% reload if not Sarge.
  • Dumdum Rounds**: +66% to critical hit chance. +100% reload if not Sarge.
  • Super Dumdum Rounds***: +100% to critical hit chance. +100% reload if not Sarge.
Unique Rounds
  • Blunt Rounds*: +50% to stun for 1 second.
  • Incendiary Rounds**: +30 Incendiary damage over time.
  • Rad Rounds***: +50 Radiation damage.
  • Spider Rounds***: +20% Panic. If Spider Rosa, +50% panic.
  • Sharding Rounds***: +1 Burst.
  • Outlawed Rounds***: +2 Burst, +20 damage, +2 ammo.
  • Toxic Rounds***: +50 Poison damage.
  • Bloodsucking Rounds***: +50% damage dealt heals. If Fletch, penetrates armor.
  • Vampire Rounds***: +10 damage, +50% damage dealt heals at night.
Barrel Items
  • Barrel Detonator*: +10 damage, turns all barrels into explosive barrels.
  • Barrel Scanner**: +33% chance for barrels to drop juice, health, or invulnerability pickup.
Outfits
Armor
  • Kevlar Breasplate*: +2 armor.
  • Rocket Boots**: +2 armor, +100% jump, no fall damage.
  • Bulky Breastplate*: +4 armor, -10 damage.
  • Uranium Breastplate**: +4 armor.
  • Implant Breastplate**: +6 armor, -50hp.
  • Plutonium Breastplate***: +6 armor.
  • Spacefaring Suit***: 10 armor. If not Roswell, hp=1.
Health Increases
  • Tough Duster*: +60hp.
  • Bare Chest*: +120hp, -1 armor.
  • Leaden Duster**: +100hp, +3 armor. If not Judge, -1 to showdown speed.
  • Kyote Hide Duster**: +120hp.
  • Grizzly Hide Duster***: +180hp.
  • Birthday Suit**: +300hp. If not Kaboom, armor = 0.
Proton Resistance
  • Proton Poncho*: +25% Proton resist, +1 armor.
  • Proton Deflector**: +50% Proton resist, +2 armor.
Fire Resistance
  • Burning Poncho*: +50% Fire resist. If Smoky, +5 ammo.
  • Fiery Deflector**: +75% Fire resist. If Smoky, +10 ammo.
  • Smoky's Apron***: +100% Fire resists. If Smoky, +10 ammo.
Laser Resistance
  • Laser Poncho*: +25% Laser resist, +1 armor.
  • Laser Deflector**: +50% Laser resist, +1 armor.
Sonic Resistance
  • Soundproof Poncho*: +50% Sonic resist, +1 armor.
  • Sonic Dampener**: +75% Sonic resists, +2 armor.
Poison Resistance
  • Antitoxin Poncho*: +50% Poison resist, +1 armor.
  • Poison Processor**: +75% Poison resist, +2 armor.
  • Rattler Gland***: +100% Poison resist, +50 poison damage.
Night-based Clothing
  • Midnight Boots*: +1 speed, +2 speed at night.
  • Midnight Cloak**: +30hp, +75% damage resist at night.
Invulnerability Items
  • Black Hole Badge*: +3 seconds invulnerability after kill.
  • Black Hole Belt**: +5 seconds invulnerability after kill.
Damage Resistance
  • Lucky Rabbit Foot**: +20% resist.
  • Casino's Bolo***: +40% damage resist.
  • Kinetic Deflector***: +50% resistance while moving. If Hopalong, +80%.
Miscellaneous Outfits
  • Infamous Suit**: +100% Infamy. If not Billy, -20 damage.
  • Tinfoil Hat*: +1 armor, invulnerable to lightning.
Gear
Item Scanners
  • Nitro Scanner*: +25% chance of Nitro pickup on kill.
  • Health Scanner*: +25% chance of health pickup on kill.
  • Rage Scanner**: +25% change of rage pickup on kill.
  • Juice Scanner*: +20% chance of juice pickup on kill.
  • Super Health Scanner**: +33% chance of health drop on kill.
  • Super Armor Scanner**: +33% chance of armor drop on kill.
  • Lucky Scanner**: +50% chance of random pickup on kill. If Casino, +100%.
  • Ultra Armor Scanner***: +50% chance of armor drop on kill.
  • Invulnerability Scanner***: +33% chance of invulnerability drop on kill.
Healing/Repairing Items
  • Auto Doc*: After showdown, heal 50.
  • Super Auto Doc**: After showdown, heal 100.
  • Ultra Auto Doc***: After showdown, heal 150.
  • Auto Armorer*: After showdown, +2 to armor.
  • Super Auto Armorer**: After showdown, +4 to armor.
  • Ultra Auto Armorer***: After showdown, +6 to armor.
Companions
  • Kyote Companion*: Kyote ally. If Rawhide, spawns 3 Kyotes.
  • Unstable Companion*: Unstable Kyote ally. If Rawhide, spawns 3 Unstable Kyotes.
  • Gunhand Companion*: Gunhand ally.
  • Trained Companion**: Trained Gunhand ally.
  • Cranker Companion**: Cranker ally.
  • Hunter Companion**: Hunter ally.
  • Killer Companion**: Killer Hunter ally.
  • Armored Companion***: Armored Kyote ally. If Rawhide, spawns 3 Armored Kyotes.
  • Grizzly Companion***: Grizzly ally. If Rawhide, spawns 3 Grizzlies.
  • Irritable Companion***: Irritably Grizzly ally. If Rawhide, spawns 3 Irritable Grizzlies.
  • Backdoor Hacker***: Gunhand ally. Backdoors spawn allies.
  • Stealthy Companion***: Stealthy Hunter ally.
  • Veteran Companion***: Veteran Gunhand ally.
  • Ironclad Companion***: Ironclad ally.
  • Rocket Companion***: Rocket Ironclad ally.
Helper Drones
  • Assistance Drone**: +2 armor, +60hp, +10 damage.
  • Armor Drone***: +3 armor, 90hp, +15 damage, +1 ammo.
Movement Items
  • Nitro Siphon*: +1 Nitro per turn.
  • Alloy Horseshoes*: +2 Planetary move distance.
  • Jet Horseshoes**: +4 Planetary move distance.
  • Rocket Horseshoes***: +6 Planetary move distance.
Extra Lives
  • Lucky Dice**: Extra life. If Casino, two extra lives.
  • Extra Lucky Dice***: Two extra lives. If Casino, three extra lives.
Miscellaneous Gear
  • Amygdala Bomb***: Single-use, makes all enemies flee one showdown.
  • Brimstone Bible**: Heal fully after showdown. If not Preach, -50hp.
Jetpacks
  • Jetpack***: Press and hold to fly.
  • Shielded Jetpack***: Can fly, +75% damage resist when airborne.

@Felly It gives you five extra moves in the current turn. It evaporates when you beam up from the current planet.

Out of those I don't see the Diamond or the Ammo Drone mentioned anywhere.

Well I apparently finished them all, there seem to be 14 in total.
In order we have the Prince scope, Pheromone Dispenser, Lucky Scanner, Smoky's Apron, Rattler Gland, Shielded Jetpack, Casino's Bolo, Vampire Rounds, Extra Lucky Dice, Diamond, Infamous suit, Kinetic Deflector, Ammo Drone and finally the Tinfoil hat.

Some of these are unlocked exclusively in the challenge mode, I don't know how many there are but there seems to be one for each challenge. If I finish them all I'll make a list or something.
