I didn't notice at first I play with some maps from steam workshop.
Location's name is "Greenport KY".
It is positioned to the west from West Point, if I'm not mistaken.
I said Riverside, because I was sure the name came from the harbour and a worshop for boats maintenance.
Apologies for not checking thoroughly.

Riverside. This screen was taken at the opposite side of the road, where the hunting store is placed.
