DISCLAIMER: Found by accident #_#

Dunno why this works but just go from fullscreen mode to windowed no-border and set your screen resolution so the window will cover all your screen!

You can even please yourself with turned on "Lens Flares"! Game runs good :D

P.S. And for better experience limit your FPS by typing
"/sam_iMaxFPSActive=N"
in console (press "`") where N is your desired FPS (I recommend you to set your FPS equal to screen refresh rate)

P.S.2. My specs are Ryzen 5 7535HS, NVIDIA GeForce 2050 RTX

For me setting refresh rate was more than enough. Thanks man!
