Prison_00 has barrels. Pick up a barrel with F and throw it at an enemy until they die
Alternatively you can pick up a barrel and go close to a wall and clip into it or damage yourself with it until you die. Credit to sn3aky_man TTV
Both this achievement and the achievement for breaking 50 pots can now be done on Training Ground which is useful if you're aiming for the 100% without a partner :)
