Destroyed the Strange Stalks
Introduction
There are three strange stalks in total, all located in The Surface region.
  • Lifegiver requires player to feed all three stalks with a divine remnant for each. After feeding it, leave the room and enter again, the strange stalk will grow bigger and give you a flesh after talking to it.
  • Lifetaker requires player to destroy all three stalks, it will interrupt you from hitting it, just keep hitting the stalk and it will be destroyed. A flesh will be obtained once the strange stalk is defeated.

These two achievements can be obtained in one save file. Thanks for @SLORK's reply, if you haven't encountered any strange stalks, remember to hit and destroy it straight away once you fed it. Both achievements should unlock by doing this for all three strange stalks.

My previous statement is wrong, but if anyone by accident destroyed the strange stalks without feeding it or fed it and let it grow so it can't be destroyed, use the save file to get another achievement.

Instructions
All three strange stalks are marked with the double inverted triangle pin on the map, neither fed nor destroyed.

This save file does not have double jump and hook attaching abilities, only the "unstable nuclei" ability was absorbed after the dash ability. This ability allows to climb the wall and go through narrow tunnels.
When you enter the game using this save file, the current save point is at the Abandoned Expedition, just go up reach to the Surface. Once you feed/destroy all three strange stalks, you will get the achievement.

@Priest You can, but you need to get all items needed for those two quests, which basically needs you to play the game using this save file almost to the end as this save file only has three bosses defeated.
Though, I had a hunch that there might be a conflict between some quest lines while playing, so I back up my file at some point. But I only found one with a comment says "Vizier's quest line not yet completed". Here's the link, not sure if you can use this one for cerebrum, but should do for vizier. See if this save file can help you.

can this save file be used for cerebrum and vizier achievements? I messed up by showing the orb thinking the game would not save...

You are underselling this save file! It can also be used to get the missable "Stranger in a Strange Land" achievement.

Take a teleport to Fermentation Vats, make the short trip north-east to the elevator, take it, go right to the very next room, and refuse to help the giant flower there.

@SLORK Thanks for your reply! I didn’t know you can destroy the stalker after feeding it, I was equipping the auto attack relic when I was feeding the second one, and it didn’t attack it for some reason, so I assumed once you choose to feed, you can’t destroy, I’m wrong. I will change that.

I fed first one, then destroyed it.
Then destroyed second one without feeding.
Then fed the last one and then proceed to destroy it too.

Got the Lifetaker achievement.
