Warning
This guide will basically spoil a lot of the random aspects of the game. I strongly, strongly suggest that you attempt to get as much of the journal as possible before resorting to the guide, as a lot of the game's fun comes from unintentionally blowing yourself up exploring the randomness. For that reason, I will not be explaining what each item does, only how to obtain it.

Please let me know if I missed anything or if there are any corrections.
Equipment
Melee Weapons

Please note that you must identify an item for it to count, simply having it in your inventory will not work. Throughout the whole journal, using scrolls of identify or divination and the Examine button are strongly encouraged.

In order:
Worn Shortsword, Mage's Staff, Dagger, Studded Gloves, Rapier
These are starting weapons for each of the five classes, so once you've unlocked everyone, you've got them.

Shortsword, Handaxe, Spear, Quarterstaff, Dirk, Sickle, Pickaxe
These tier-2 weapons will be found mostly early on in the dungeon, except the Pickaxe, which you will get from doing the Blacksmith's quest on floors 11-14.

Sword, Mace, Scimitar, Round Shield, Sai, Whip
Tier-3, also found randomly throughout the dungeon

Longsword, Battle Axe, Flail, Runic Blade, Assassin's Blade, Crossbow, Katana
Tier-4, also found randomly throughout the dungeon, usually later on

Greatsword, War Hammer, Glaive, Greataxe, Greatshield, Stone Gauntlet, War Scythe
Tier-5, same as above, more rare than the others.

You may find scrolls of transmutation useful for obtaining these if you're not finding them at random, but they will not change an item to one in a different tier.

Armor

Cloth Armor: If you've started the game you have this. Congrats!
Leather Armor: Tier-2, found liberally throughout the early floors
Mail Armor: Tier-3, also found easily
Scale Armor: Tier-4, slightly more rare
Plate Armor: Tier-5, the rarest
The remaining five are the end-game armor for each of the five classes in order. You receive these by defeating the Dwarf King and wearing his crown. They are: (Hero's) Platemail / Robe / Garb / Cloak / Breastplate

Enchantments and Curses

Oh boy, here we go. In order:
Enchantments: Blazing, Chilling, Kinetic, Shocking, Blocking, Blooming, Elastic, Lucky, Projecting, Unstable, Corrupting, Grim, Vampiric
Curses: Annoying, Displacing, Dazzling, Explosive, Sacrificial, Wayward, Polarized, Friendly

You must identify enchanted or cursed items for them to be added to your journal. You can find them randomly throughout the dungeon or by using Stones of Enchantment, Scrolls of Enchantment, and Curse or Magical Infusions.

Glyphs and Curses

Glyphs: Obfuscation, Swiftness, Viscosity, Potential, Brimstone, Stone, Entanglement, Repulsion, Camouflage, Flow, Affection, Anti-Magic, Thorns
Curses: Anti-entropy, Corrosion, Displacement, Metabolism, Multiplicity, Stench, Overgrowth, Bulk

All the same methods as above apply for obtaining these, in addition to the Arcane Stylus.

Thrown Weapons

Throwing Stone: Warrior's starting weapon
Throwing Knife: Rogue's starting weapon
Throwing Spike: Huntress' starting weapon
Dart: Purchased from shops
Fishing Spear, Throwing Club, Shuriken, Throwing Spear, Kunai, Bolas, Javelin, Tomahawk, Heavy Boomerang, Trident, Throwing Hammer, Force Cube: Found throughout the dungeon

Wands

Magic Missile, Lightning, Disintegration, Fireblast, Corrosion, Blast Wave, Living Earth, Frost, Prismatic Light, Warding, Transfusion, Corruption, Regrowth

Again, found at random, scroll of transmutation, or the wandmaker's quest, possible crystal chest reward.

Rings

Accuracy, Arcana, Elements, Energy, Evasion, Force, Furor, Haste, Might, Sharpshooting, Tenacity, Wealth

Found at random, scroll of transmutation, or imp's quest, possible crystal chest reward.

Artifacts

Alchemist's Toolkit, Chalice of Blood: See below
Cloak of Shadows: Rogue starting item
Dried Rose, Ethereal Chains, Horn of Plenty, Master Thieves Armband, Sandals of Nature, Talisman of Foresight, Timekeeper's Hourglass, Unstable Spellbook: Randomly found throughout dungeon, scroll of transmutation, crystal chests.

Trinkets

Rat Skull, Parchment Scrap, Petrified Seed, Exotic Crystals, Mossy Clump, Dimensional Sundial, Thirteen Leaf Clover, Trap Mechanism, Mimic Tooth, Wondrous Resin, Eye of Newt, Salt Cube, Vial of Blood, Shard of Oblivion, Chaotic Censer

You'll find these by infusing the Magical Catalyst with alchemical energy, and it's RNG to get them all from there. It took me several runs to finally get the Parchment Scrap, of all things.

Misc

Broken Seal, Spirit Bow: Starting items of Warrior and Huntress respectively
Waterskin, Velvet Pouch: Starting items
Potion Bandolier, Scroll Holder, Magical Holster: Purchase from Shopkeeper
Amulet of Yendor: Die 800 times, then collect from beating Yog on run 801 (maybe)

Thank you so much! It seems like the dev added an extra ally, and I can't find it for the life of me. Any ideas?
